Our staff is chosen with much care and thought. All Saints Overtime staff is hired based on their commitment to children and their ability to communicate with children. Our Gustavus Adolphus College students are pursuing degrees in education, psychology, or other related fields and enjoy working with children.

Staff members have American Red Cross First Aid/CPR training and are required to continue their knowledge by participating in on-going meetings and in-service training.

The staff/child ratio is approximately 1 to 12/15 to ensure that children receive close supervision and care while attending Saints Overtime. If your child requires low or 1/1 staff to child ratios, please contact us prior to registration.
