St. Peter's girls' basketball team (27-2 overall) received the #4 overall seed for the upcoming Minnesota Class AAA Girls State Basketball Tournament and faces #5 Stewartville (21-8) in the quarterfinal round at noon on Wednesday, March 13 at the University of Minnesota’s Maturi Pavilion in Minneapolis. Maturi Pavilion is located in the same building as Williams Arena
TICKETS - Tickets for the quarterfinal round are only available for purchase online through the Minnesota State High School League’s website at www.mshsl.org/tickets. Cost for the quarterfinal round games is $17 for adults and $11 for students. You can also purchase tickets for the other state tournament rounds at that link as well.
FAN BUS - SPHS will be offering a fan bus for high school students (grades 9-12) only and the cost will be $5 per student. Sign ups will begin at the Saints Activities Office (room A102) on Monday (March 11) morning and riders must pay the $5 fee at the time they register.
T-SHIRTS - The Saints’ girls basketball team will be selling a limited number of commemorative 2024 State Tournament t-shirts through the Activities Office as well hopefully starting on Tuesday, March 12. Cost will be $20 per t-shirt and needs to be paid at the time of purchase. These will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. If there is enough interest in the T-shirts, a second run may be printed, but those wouldn’t be available for pick up until after the state tournament.
LIVESTREAM - Quarterfinal games are livestreamed at https://prepspotlight.tv/. This is a subscription based service so there is a fee for the broadcast of the first round, consolation and third-place games. Semifinal and championship games are shown on regular TV on Ch. 45 or online at https://kstp.com/45tv/prep45/.

Win or lose on Wednesday, the Saints will play another game at state on Thursday, March 14, either at noon or 2 p.m. Ticket info, fan bus and other details will be shared for any subsequent Saints’ state tournament games as they become available.
