Several Saint Peter High School culinary arts students, under the direction of SPHS FACS teachers Courtney Shoemaker and Caryl Bunkowske, competed in the annual CRAVE event at the Minnesota State University (Mankato) Centennial Student Union on Tuesday.

CRAVE (Culinary Arts Regional Venue in Education) is a regional event for high school students in culinary arts classes that showcases the food and hospitality industry. Students have an opportunity to explore culinary arts careers and skills with industry professionals through competition and/or interactive learning sessions.
Those areas of competition the student took part in at CRAVE included Cake Decorating, Culinary, and Tablescaping. The following are the results of the SPHS competitors:
