Sixth graders at Saint Peter Middle School took part in an exciting interview process on Wednesday as part of the Junior Achievement BizTown experience. This interview is just one component of the comprehensive BizTown program, which offers students a hands-on learning opportunity about business and economics.
Thanks to the generous support of an anonymous donor, SPMS students are able to participate in this unique experience at the Junior Achievement Building in St. Paul on Tuesday, Nov. 24. After the interview process, each student is assigned a job in a simulated economy, where they will take on real-world roles in one of BizTown’s interactive labs.
Throughout the program, students demonstrate their best efforts both inside and outside the classroom, making the BizTown experience truly unforgettable!
Those interviewers participating in today's interview sessions included representatives from Federated Insurance, Nidec Corporation, First National Bank, and the University of Minnesota Extension-Mankato.
Here are some photo highlights from today’s interview sessions.
